    · On the 10th of January 2004 “Filantrop” Fund together with Prefecture of Central administrative region of Moscow organized a traditional Christmas fest in the Moscow circus of Nikulin on the Tsvetnoy Boulevard for disabled children and for children from the families which need the support. The fest visited more than 1500 children. All children got the New year presents. The same presents got disabled children who had to stay home because of the health state. The sponsors of this event were confectioner concern “Rot - Front”, firm “Art and Design”, company “Dar Expo”, “Danone” company.

  · On the 25th of February the advance collegium of the RF Ministry of labour and social development took place. In the work of the collegium took part President of the “Filantrop” fund – Gennady Anichkin. In the frames of the collegium, which was carried out withindoors of RF President Administration, exhibition, telling about the fund’s work was organized.

    ·  On the 2nd of March 2004 the collegium of the Ministry of culture of the RF took place on the theme “Children and culture”. In the work of the collegium took part the President of “Filantrop” fund – Gennady Anichkin.

  · On the 17th of March 2004 the first performance of the wheelchair dance studio took place in the city center “Filantrop”.

    · “Filantrop” fund started the preparation of the joint Russian – Belarus – Ukrainian Festival of disabled people art and sport, which will take place in 2005. As a result of the selection the “Filantrop” fund was chosen by the Central board of All Russian society of Disabled People as an Executive Directorate of the Festival.
On the 19th of March a regular group of disabled children departed to the Belarus center of rehabilitation

    · On the 27th of April withindoors of the city center “Filantrop” the fair of vacancies for people with disabilities took place. 24 organizations offered 297 vacancies, 734 persons had got the support in finding the job, 681 persons used the services of the labour exchange.

  · Laureates from Russia, Belarus Republic and the Ukraine arrived to Moscow on the 2nd of June for the final events of the International Award “Filantrop”. More than 70 persons were accommodated in the hotel “Dinaoda”. The tour of the Moscow river took place in the evening.

    · On the 3rd of June in the Russian academy of Art was opened an exposition of the works of the Laureates and competitors of the Award “Filantrop”.

  · On the 3rd of June 2004 the bus tour over the city was organized for the laureates and guests of the Award “Filantrop”

    · On the 4th of June 2004 in State Academic Maly Theater of Russia took place the third solemn handing over ceremony of “Filantrop” Award. Final accord of the ceremony was a solemn dinner in the restaurants “Nostalgie” and “Guria”

  · From the 5th till the 9th of June a trip to Switzerland took place. The delegation consisted of the chiefs of public regional organizations of people with disabilities, heads of administrations and ministries of the regions of Russia, people, who contributed significantly in the solving the problems of people with disabilities. The aim of it was the popularizing of the Award ideas, acquaintance with the foreign experience in the social sphere. On the 7th of June a delegation of 65 persons visited the delegation of the UNO in Geneva. During this trip the Russian delegation visited the Red Cross. There also was a meeting with the President of Switzerland –Russian business club Mr. Roy Dammary. Official part was added by wide cultural program over the Swiss cities.

    · In the second quarter of 2004, 32 disabled children visited the Belarus center of rehabilitation.

  · On the 17th of July a meeting of the Chairman of All Russian Society of Disabled People A. Lomakin, President of “Filantrop” fund G. Anichkin and the President of National Assembly of Disabled People V. Sushkevich took place. During the meeting the questions of organizing in 2005 International festival of disabled people art and sport of Russia, Belarus Republic and the Ukraine. The opportunity of carrying out this festival in the center of preparing of disabled sportsmen of the Ukraine was also examined

    · On the 1st of September 2004 the Central Administrative region of Moscow celebrated for the 4th time the Day of knowledge in the circus of Nikulin on the Tsvetnoy boulevard of Moscow. 6000 boys and girls were invited to the gay performance “First class company”. Three circus and open air performances were organized for the children. The organizers render their gratitude to the companies “Danone”, “Oral - B”, “Kodak”, “Slavprint”, “Art and Design”, “Premier Multimedia”, “Dar Expo”, the network of family entertainment complexes “Star Galaxy”, publishing house “Veselye Kartinki”, to the magazine “Prostakvashino” of the publishing house “Egmont Russia”

  · On the 11th and 26th of September 2004 in Belarus rehabilitation center were sent 32 disabled children.

    · 1-2 of October 2004 in National paralympic center of disabled people training “Ukraine” in Eupatoria a meeting of the representatives of “Filantrop” fund with the chairperson of All – Russian association of People with disabilities A. Lomakin and the leaders of Ukraine and Byelorussia public organizations of disabled people took place. The possibility of organizing and carrying out the final stage of International festival of art and sport of disabled people “Temp” on the base of the national center “Ukraine” was discussed during the meeting. The festival will be dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the Victory in the World War 2.

  · On the 25th of October 2004 a concert, organized in the frames of All Ukrainian project of socio-cultural rehabilitation of people with disabilities “Colours of Life” took place. At the support of “Filantrop” fund the laureates of the “Filantrop” Award 2004 Sergey Sinitsin (Russia) and Alexey Gorchakov and Anna Arutunyan (Belarus) took part in this concert. “Filantrop” fund was decorated by the diploma by the Ministry of labour and social policy of the Ukraine and the Union of disabled people organizations of the Ukraine “To the development of international affairs”

    · On the 4th of November 2004 a personal exhibition of the laureate of “Filantrop” Award Mansur Zakirov was opened in the Gallery of the center “Filantrop”. At the inauguration of the exhibition the friends of Mansur Zakirov, the representatives of the Moscow government, figures of culture and art were presented. The leader of the musical group “Va-Bank” Alexander F. Sklyar gave a little concert. That evening 6 works of the painter were sold. Each visitor of the exhibition was presented the discs with the film about Mansur.

  · From the 10th till 12th of November a meeting of the leaders of the Organizing Committee of the festival of art and sport of people with disabilities “Temp” took place in Kiev. The meeting attended the chairperson of All Russian Association of people with disabilities Alexander Lomakin, chairperson of National Assembly of people with disabilities of the Ukraine Valery Sushkevich and the President of “Filantrop” fund Gennady Anichkin. The letters to the Presidents of the States were signed.
