International Award “Filantrop” to outstanding achievements of
people with disabilities in the sphere of culture and art was
included to the list of international, foreign and Russian
awards to outstanding achievements in the sphere of science and
technique, education, culture, literature and art, the sums of
which got by the taxpayers are not imposed by taxes. The
resolution ¹ 741 from the 8-th of December 2005 of the Russian
Federation government.

culture.

for ideals of equity, because people with disability
have no opportunity yet to participate in
public art concourses.

people with disabilities as its full and equal part.
The Award
renders moral, social and material support to
talented people with disabilities. More and more people
with disabilities are involved to the art process, they
gain self belief, they find the sense of life.
The Award
promotes for attracting attention to the problems of
people with disabilities and activity in solving these
problems by government and public organizations Sponsors
and patrons invest to the development of culture, to the
society improving, to finance help to concrete people,
who need it and deserve it. The example of the
competitors of the Award helps other people in difficult
situations of life.
