Was elected as a adviser to regional commonwealth "Lefortovo" in December 1997, and in April 2000 adviser to a commonwealth of "Basmanny" region. Adviser to a Prefect of Central administrative region of Moscow on social questions and a consultant of a chairperson of All - Russian Association of disabled people on the questions of art rehabilitation of people with disabilities. 

Sergey Poskachej - Has being working in the Fund from 1991 г. Graduated from Independed institute of political technologies. General director of the Fund.Hobby - belle letters and traveling. 

Irena Antokhina - graduated from Moscow institute of radio - technique, electronics and automatic. Has being working in the Fund from the moment of its founding. At present works as a General director deputy makes a management of the projects on socio - cultural rehabilitation of disabled people.

Helen Kalinina - High Education. Has being working in the Fund from the moment of its founding. Responsible for art rehabilitation of people with disabilities. Coordinator of the following projects: International Award "Filantrop", festivals of disabled people and disabled children art.Keen on tourism and mountain ski.

Aleksey Semenov - graduated from Moscow institute of oil-chemical and gas industry of Gubkin, later - State Social Institute - qualification "Teacher of History and social disciplines".Has being working in the Fund from the moment of its founding. Responsible for links with social organizations of disabled people, State structures. Carries out programmes of disabled people tourism. One of the directions of present activity - the work with Belorussian center of rehabilitation.

Zoya Mikhailova - graduated from the college of the State Bank of the USSR. Accountant in chief of "Filantrop" fund from 1992 .

Ludmila Danilova - candidate of pedagogic sciences, senior lecturer of Moscow State University of Culture and Art.In "Filantrop" fund works as a producer and director of concert programmes, director of the studio and music theatre of City center "Filantrop".Responsible for organization and carrying out all shows; coordinating of Jury and Expert Council work of International Award "Filantrop"; preparing and carrying out ceremonial activities and cultural programmes of the Award.Likes very much to travel. 

Chesnov Evgeny - High Education. Director of exposition programmes. Responsible for organization of expositions, coordinating the Gallery of City Center "Filantrop", different design works.Keen on fishing and billiard.

Ilya Konkin - graduated from Orekhovo-Zuevo State teacher training institute and Moscow State Linguistic University. Interpreter in the sphere of professional communication. Speaks English and French.From the year 2002 is responsible for international links of the Fund. Works with foreign NGO's, embassies, Informing about the projects of the fund abroad.Likes sport and reading books in foreign languages.

Valentine Yashina graduated from Moscow institute of chemical technologies. Head of the personnel department of "Filantrop" fund from 1999. Also responsible for employment of people with disabilities
