REGULATIONS

on competition among auto - producers willing to take part in "Boomerang" 
transcontinental rally of disabled people in  August 23, 2003   along the following route:

I.   Objective of the competition

    Providing the march, on the most acceptable financial conditions for organizers, with reliable, safe and preferable vehicles corresponding to Russian conditions of operation.

II. Competition conditions

     а) Number of cars 
There should be presented not less than 3 similar cars for each of the three routes. All cars should be certified in Russia

     b) Providing the run maintenance
The company, providing the cars for transcontinental march, should guarantee maintenance during the march.

     c) Additional requirements to cars
The following cars are preferred: 
- the rounder back
- fully arrested with automatic gear box
- hydravlical powered steering wheel
- engine running with gas with octan number not higher than 95
- possibility of installing hand controls either at manufacturing plant or special center recommended by organizers

III.  Competition dates

    The applications for participation in the competition should be sent before February 1 2003. 
    Defining of winners will take place on the 15-th of February 2003.
