PARTICIPANTS  OF  THE  MARCH

    Participants of the march are disabled persons, members of ARSDP and also drivers - accompainers (representatives of organizers, sponsors and representatives of Mass-Media).
    The following people will join the column at the border of the regions:
- Disabled people on their own cars
- Accompanying road police cars 
     The support team will include medical staff, mechanisms, organizers, mass media representatives and VIP guests:
     State Duma deputies, federation Council, senators, paraolympic games champions, figures of culture and art will follow the column by special vehicles.
     Police car will be at the head of the column followed by 5-7 cars of participants, ambulance, head quarters bus, truck with exhibition items. Technical assistance van will bring up a rear. During the March all cars keep a radio contact with a leader of a March or a person assigned.

    Organizing committee defined criteria of selecting participants of the march:
- Age from 18 to 35
- Outwardly expressed disability (spinal injury, Infant Cerebral Paralysis, amputation, poliomyelitis, etc.)
- Driving experience not less than 5 years
- Skill to drive any kind of car
- Experience of participating in rally
- Possibility of participating in the march during the month according to medical deposition
- Number of participants: one disabled persons and the healthy one
- Possibility of attracting sponsors means to participate in the march

   To participate in the march it is necessary to fill out an application form and to indicate:
- name and last name
- Date of birth
- Kind of disability
- Using technical means of rehabilitation (crutches, wheelchair etc.)
- Driving experience
- Experience of participating in rally
- Haw many times weekly do you use transport means 

CARS  OF  THE  MARCH

    Cars of the March will be defined after announcement of the concourse of car producers who will offer cars with manual controls and maximum profitable conditions for March organizers.

RESULTS  EXPECTED

    Within the frames of the March it is expected not only to attract public opinion and that of governmental organizations to disabled people rehabilitation problems and their integration in different public processes, but mainly to use resources in regions. It is proposed to use investments within the frames of different programs related to disabled people rehabilitation. Those investments should come from non-budgetary funds and from sponsor means.
The March will also allow the following:
- To strengthen consciousness of the society concerning the rights of disabled people and their protection against discrimination and complete securing of disabled people rights;
- To promote discussions and embodiment into life measures necessary for securing of equal opportunities for disabled people in Russia;
- To develop exchange of practical experience as well as effective strategy on local and national level;
- To improve cooperation between parties involving social partners, nongovernmental organizations, social services, private sector, different societies, volunteers, disabled people and their families. This should be done for improvement of disabled people image;
- To improve cooperation regarding disabled people problems. To improve cooperation regarding disabled people problems. To develop positive image of disabled people;
- To pay special attention to rights of children and young people with limited possibilities: equal educational rights, promotion and support of their complete integration into society;
- To develop the cooperation of those who professionally engaged in education of young disabled people;
- To make disabled people more active in fields of creativity, physical education and sports;
